About Jordan M. Asch
Jordan M. Asch is an associate with Lieberman & Blecher.
Before joining the firm, Mr. Asch worked as a law clerk at Meyer Glitzenstein and Crystal in Washington, D.C. There, he worked on complex and precedent-setting environmental litigation under federal statutes like the Freedom of Information Act, the National Environmental Policy Act, and the Endangered Species Act. Additionally, Mr. Asch interned with the Climate & Air program at Environmental Defense Fund, and the Clean Air Task Force where he focused on air pollution policy and litigation under the Clean Air Act, and oil & gas development issues. Mr. Asch has also worked as a clinician in Vermont Law School’s Environmental & Natural Resources Law Clinic.
Mr. Asch attended Vermont Law School, where he studied environmental and natural resource law extensively. He was Head Notes Editor of the Vermont Journal of Environmental Law, and graduated magna cum laude.
Mr. Asch is a member of the New York and New Jersey State Bars.
