Breanna Marchesani is an associate with Lieberman Blecher & Sinkevich, P.C., where she handles matters involving environmental law, land use applications, toxic torts, and contractual disputes. Her practice also entails a wide variety of clients, including individuals, government, and businesses. Ms. Marchesani is a strong advocate for her clients who are facing significant legal issues. She is highly involved in all aspects of her clients’ litigation, including drafting pleadings, taking and defending depositions, and arguing both discovery and dispositive motions.
Prior to joining the firm in December 2021, Ms. Marchesani practiced civil litigation, family law and child advocacy with Olsen & Olsen Law, LLC in Salt Lake City, Utah. Ms. Marchesani also served as a clerk for the Honorable William Kendall in the Third District Court of Utah, Salt Lake County. Ms. Marchesani’s work mainly involved contract litigation, property disputes, divorce and custody disputes, and criminal matters.
Ms. Marchesani earned her juris doctor from the University of Utah, S.J. Quinney College of Law, where she participated in Traynor Moot Court. Ms. Marchesani was a Research Fellow for the Center for Law and Biomedical Science, where she researched topics and trends in healthcare law and torts. Ms. Marchesani also helped to create and conduct Institutional Review Board approved studies concerning Plaintiff’s reasonings and trends associated with health-related torts.
Prior to attending law school, Ms. Marchesani earned her Bachelor of Science from Utah Valley University. It was during this time, Ms. Marchesani became certified as a mediator by the Third District Court of Utah, and gained experience resolving matters involving small claims disputes.
