Kacy C. Manahan joined Lieberman Blecher & Sinkevich P.C., P.C. as an Associate Attorney in September 2019. Ms. Manahan focuses her practice on environmental law, administrative law, and land use and zoning. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Manahan served as a clerk to the Honorable Robert J. Gilson, J.A.D. in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division.

Ms. Manahan graduated in 2018 from Lewis & Clark Law School in Portland, Oregon, magna cum laude with a Certificate in Environmental, Natural Resources, and Energy Law. She was a recipient of the Bernard F. O’Rourke Award for her outstanding written scholarship in the environmental and natural resources field. Ms. Manahan also served as the Symposium Editor for Environmental Law, the nation’s first environmental law review. She was a member of Lewis & Clark Law School’s Environmental Moot Court National Team and competed in the Jeffrey G. Miller National Environmental Law Moot Court Competition at the Elisabeth Haub School of Law, Pace University. Ms. Manahan worked as a litigation paralegal prior to attending law school, and earned a Bachelor of Arts from Ursinus College in 2009.

Ms. Manahan is a member of the New Jersey State Bar.
